How a Craft Brewery Grew to 10,000 BBL - Video

When the O'Fallon Brewery team in St. Louis, Missouri dreamed of growing from a 4,500 BBL to a 10,000 BBL per year facility, they knew exactly what they wanted - how to get there was another story.  What started with a drawing on a paper napkin at the Craft Brewer's Conference has now moved O'Fallon from a microbrewery to a regional craft brewery in charge of their own destiny.

O'Fallon Brewery had grown so fast, they had to outsource their beer production for a little while.  They knew they wanted to bring everything back inhouse to control quality and expand their offerings.  The solution was a larger facility and a collaboration with Paul Mueller Company. Our brewery engineers, designers and manufacturers built not only the brewhouse, but also the entire cellar tank farm and took O'Fallon's paper napkin dream from blueprint to first pour.
